Refund Policy - Equestrian Superstore for Europe
We provide a 14-day return and refund policy in line with European Consumer protection and rights. We will accept returns of any order as long as the products are in the same conditions as shipped out, new in original packaging, and all tags still attached and not been used or damaged.
All refunds are returned to the same as you paid for the order, no exceptions.
To return a product, please first contact us via email to support, please include order number and reason for return. We will check the order against our policy and if a return is accepted, we will email you the return address. You will have to return the product yourself, we do not pay for returns unless we have made a mistake in delivering your order such as, wrong size, colour, or product.
We try to be environmentally responsible business, we do not accept orders where multiple items are ordered in different sizes and then returning some of the products just for trying the sizes out. All our product are European Sizes, not Asian sizes, so order as per normal.
