What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship using the most economical and environmentally way. DPD, UPS, AN POST, GLS are among the most used. We have a flat fee of €9.95 if your order is below €100 and free deliver if your order is above €100.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship to most European countries, plus United Kingdom. When you place an order, you will see a pull-down of the countries we ship to, if your country is not shown, then we do not ship to it at present. Please then contact us and we see if we can make a special delivery order for you.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All Orders are handled by us in Dublin. We also use our partner warehouse in Germany, due to the continued issues with transport services in Europe, please allow for 7-10 days. Most times its faster if we have all the stock in our Dublin location.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all Credit and Debit cards as per Stripe Payment provider. We do not accept Gift cards unless they are accepted by Stripe Payment services.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
We have taken all necessary steps to have our online store safe from hackers, we only use secure and approved payment providers. All payment transactions are encrypted.
How do I place an Order?
Very easy, just browse our store, select the product(s) you need, making sure you select the correct colours or sizes so that you do not need to return it when your order arrives. You will be able to clearly see exactly how much you will pay for each item, all prices include VAT, and depending on the total amount, we have either a flat fee of €9.95 or Free shipping. We use Stripe payment services, they securely charge your credit card, we do not see or store your details other than your shipping address.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We have a change or cancellation process which needs to be done within 1 day of ordering. After that time you cannot cancel the order or make any changes to it. If you need help, please contact us.
Do I need an account to place an order?
We do allow Guest ordering, however you will be able to get more information about your order through our customer portal.
How Do I Track My Order?
All Orders can be tracked within your account, please log in and go to your orders and you will be able to see the tracking information. Please contact us if you need help or cannot find it.
How Can I Return a Product?
Just login to your account and you will find the return information on your order page. If you need help, just email or contact us.
